Do you sell to the public, or trade only?
Both. Everything on the site can be bought online in AUD by anyone, by the reel. Brands and manufacturers ordering regularly or in volume can set up trade pricing — see the wholesale page.
How is elastic sold — by the metre or the reel?
By the reel. Each product page shows the reel length. Buying full reels keeps joins out of your cut work.
Can you make a custom colour, width or logo?
Yes. Send a brief through our Custom Elastic page and we will check feasibility and quote within two business days. Minimum quantities start at 500 m for dye-sublimated printed elastic and 5,000 m for woven jacquard and silicone-logo elastic.
How long does a custom quote take?
Two business days from a complete brief. Production lead time is confirmed in the quote and depends on construction, colour matching and sampling.
What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best for woven and printed logos; high-resolution PNG or JPG can work for print. Include your Pantone references.
Where do you deliver?
Within Australia. Orders are dispatched from Australia with tracking. See shipping within Australia for detail.
Do you offer samples or swatches?
We do not run a swatch service. For a stocked line, order a single reel to check the colour and hand. For custom work, a physical production sample is made for your approval before the full run.
Can I reorder a previous specification?
Yes. Quote your previous order or specification reference when you contact us and we will match it.
