Shipping within Australia

Stocked orders are packed and dispatched from Australia with tracking. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier's current service levels; the tracking link is in your dispatch confirmation email.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your delivery postcode. Trade accounts placing regular reel orders can be set up with agreed freight terms — see the wholesale page.

Custom production runs are quoted with their own lead time and delivery estimate, separate from stocked dispatch. Both are confirmed in writing in your quote.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will resolve it with the carrier.
