Elastix would be happy to discuss with interested parties. Our company has a long tradition and it is of paramount importance that our products are represented and distributed by the most qualified people in their respective markets .

It is a necessity for the agents/distributors to have an exceptional base of existing clientele so that orders can be generated quickly and readily . Our agents/distributors would be respected and very well known in their market region .

Now for some questions :

1. What is your current active customer base ? In other words , how many clients are purchasing from you regularly ?
2. What is the approximate current $ turnover per year ?
3. What % of that, would be products that Elastix could supply ?
4. How many employees do you have and of those how many are directly related to sales representation ?
5. What are your plans ; ideas for your company in brief for the next 5 years ?
6. Have you approached other elastic manufacturers to be their agent/representative/distributor ?
7. If yes , who were they and what was the outcome ?
8. Which company is regarded as the best textile trim supplier or manufacturer in your region ?
9. They would become your largest competitor , what do you consider to be their weaknesses as a supplier to the trade ?
10. How would you exploit their weaknesses ?
11. Do you know of any other Asian elastic/lace suppliers for your region and if so who are they and how are they perceived by the customers ?
12. What do you think we could turnover in $ in the first year with you ?
13. Would our products /orders be delivered to your office or distribution point in your HK/China and consolidated there or would we be shipping to your region through our forwarding agents ?
14. TERMS : How do most international suppliers supply to your market - what is the common and acceptable practice ? LC / TT ;.... ?

We have interest from Agents worldwide as you could imagine but they must meet our requirements. It would help if you could quickly send me some samples of products that you sell regularly, listing the quantities that you sell monthly and the target purchase prices that we would need to be competitive against . This will give us a good understanding as to whether we can achieve good sales and acceptable margins . Please confirm that you will comply accordingly .
